As soon as you've placed your order, we'll email you to acknowledge we've received it. You can also check your order has been placed by logging in to 'My Account'.

Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an e-mail confirming that they're on their way.

You can check your order status by going to the 'Order History' section of 'My Account'. Please remember that our delivery estimates (listed beside your order and at checkout) are estimates, and subject to a little variation. Please be patient. If your order hasn't arrived 5 working days after the estimated arrival date, email or phone us (Sometimes the postal service can have a very busy week, and things can take longer than expected.)
